Transfer window
A football player may be registered only during the transfer window, determined as:
- Summer transfer window - from 15 June to 15 August;
- Winter transfer window - from 1 to 28 February.
Exception:
A football player, whose contract has expired or has been terminated by mutual agreement before the end of the transfer period, is entitled to registration out of this transfer period.
